Dylan Tan
Co-Founder, Director & Managing Partner

Dylan is the managing partner and co-founder of Quandatics Omnitech. He has been active in the Malaysian ICT landscape for 26 years. In his professional journey, he had led a few startups, worked in multinational companies as well as helmed various groups of IT companies as Group CEO, COO and CTO before he ventured out on his own.

Equipped with a solid background in business management (major in business administration) and International Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), he ventured into his area of passion (IT) at the age of 22 and has never looked back since.

Today, Dylan is most well-known for his razor-sharp techno-commercial acumen and his ability to manage a project from the stage of ideation and conceptualization to flawless execution. His areas of expertise encompass a very wide range of Industry 4.0 emerging technologies like big data and analytics, software development, cloud computing, robotics process automation (RPA), eKYC, Agritech, Edtech, RFID, location intelligence covering almost all verticals from government, healthcare, oil and gas, logistics, transportation, education, training and more.

​Dylan is also a keynote speaker, a digital transformation consultant and a public trainer.

MK Lim
Co-Founder & Director

MK possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from University Malaya (UM) and a Masters of Science Degree in Solid-State Physics from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He began his career as an engineer in the semiconductor industry. He transitioned into sales in 2004.

MK is an accomplished businessman and a sales professional. He co-founded Quandatics in 2014 and has since built up the company to become a respectable industry leader in Asia Pacific.

Throughout his professional career, MK had accumulated countless accolades to his name. He was nominated as panel assessor, member of board of studies, member of panel advisory, industry advisory panel, industrial panel reviewer and member of advisory board for institutes of higher learning like IMU, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Universiti Islam Perlis, UTAR, KDU UKM, UTeM and Monash University for multiple programs and in multiple areas some of which include healthcare analytics, internet of things, data science, data analytics management and others. He was appointed as adjunct professor of UNITEN since 2016 which he remains to be till now.

​He is also a well-known keynote speaker and is often invited to be part of evaluation panel for data and analytics related events.

Jaden Teo
Co-Founder & Director

Jaden graduated from Wichita State University (USA) in 2010, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He began his career as an Application Engineer, focusing on technical computing areas such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, and image processing, empowering IT and engineering professionals to create more efficient workflows and get better results. Jaden later moved on to a technical sales role, during which he established a comprehensive understanding of business problems which necessitate adoption of new technologies. 

In 2014, Jaden co-founded Quandatics, which enables end-to-end enterprise transformation journeys for clients across Asia Pacific. Built on top of its business and technology consulting expertise, the core offerings of Quandatics include data, cybersecurity, RPA, application modernization, and corporate performance management solutions.

​Jaden is currently leading his product development and solution consulting teams to ensure that Quandatics’ clients are always at the forefront in their digital transformation journeys. As a technology leader, his clientele includes major players in industries such as telco, financial institutions, power & utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, airlines, government agencies, and universities.
