The National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition 2025 (NHCCE2025), the leading platform for human capital development in Malaysia and the ASEAN region took place from 6 October 2025 till 8 October 2025. Organised by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) with the support of the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), NHCCE 2025 carried the theme “Navigating Human Capital Revolution.”

The three-day programme at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) highlighted the need for organisations and economies to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing world of work. Recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records as the largest human capital conference in Southeast Asia, NHCCE 2025 featured more than 300 exhibition booths alongside a wide range of interactive sessions, including fireside chats, pocket talks, technology showcases and the BizMatch business networking platform.

 Quandatics Omnitech was one of the official technology sponsors for NHCCE2025 and our booth was located at G12 at the Technology Partner Pavilion during the 3-day event. During the event, we showcased our AI Digital Avatar/Digital Human (A.I.D.A.) solution and eG Enterprise AI-Powered 360-Degrees Converged Observability Platform. We also be showcased our Cloud-Agnostic Advanced Data Analytics Management Platform (A.D.A.M.) at our booth.

Smart City Expo Kuala Lumpur (SCEKL)

The Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) is the largest and most influential event dedicated to urban innovation. Visionary leaders from companies, governments, and organisations unite to shape a sustainable future and Malaysia is making history as the FIRST Southeast Asian nation to host the Smart City Expo Kuala Lumpur (SCEKL)!

Since 2013, the event has expanded from its home base in Barcelona to cities like the USA, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Saudi Arabia, China and now to Malaysia.

As a proponent of emerging technologies (especially in the areas of AI and data and analytics) and a company that is active in the local smart city, digital city and AI city landscape, Quandatics Omnitech Sdn Bhd participated in this event albeit indirectly. We showcased our Artificial Intelligence Digital Assistant (A.I.D.A.) solution at the Perbadanan Putrajaya booth. Our solution (although just at the minimum viable product stage) powered Melor, Putrajaya's AI-powered digital avatar. AIDA isn't just smart, it is intuitive. It is omnichannel and multimodal. Built for mobility and powered by intelligence.

The SCEKL event took place from 17 September 2025 to 19 September 2025 at KLCC.

During the event, we managed to present our solution to the the mayor of Kuala Lumpur, Dato' Seri Tpr. Dr. Mainmunah Mohd Sharif and Minister of Federal Territories, YB Datuk Seri Dr. Zaliha Binti Mustafa. We also witnessed our Malaysian Prime Minister, YAB Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Minister of Digital, YB Gobind Singh Deo visited our booth for an explanation on the Kota Madani project.

Digital Putrajaya Exhibition & Conference 2024 (DIPEC 2024)

Quandatics Omnitech Sdn Bhd participated in the Digital Putrajaya Exhibition & Conference (DIPEC 2024) under the MDEC Pavilion. The event themed 'AI and Data Driven Future City' was held on 4th and 5th December at the Dewan Persidangan Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya.

We showcased:
1. Our Unique Advisory and Consultancy Services for Digital City which among others include digital readiness assessment, gap analysis, competitive benchmarking, quick wins, partner strategy, funding strategy all the way to PMO as well as formulation of blueprint and KPIs that are actionable and transferable to our Digital City Dashboard for performance tracking.
2. Our Digital City Dashboard product (Zoom in from country to state, city and data points)
3. Our core competency in the field of data, analytics and advanced analytics

Our CEO and Co-Founder, Dylan Tan had the opportunity to introduce our Big Data and Analytics services and our Digital City Consulting/Digital City Index Product to our Deputy Prime Minister, YAB Dato' Sri Haji Fadilah Yusof. We were also humbled and proud to see our company logo flanking our DPM on the stage during his event opening speech.

The exhibitors were great and the crowd was fantastic! The event was a huge success.

The NHCCE event never disappoints. The largest and most anticipated HR event of the year kicks off today with a big bang.

In collaboration with Alibaba Cloud Malaysia, Quandatics Omnitech Sdn Bhd participated in the NHCCE 2024 which took place from 30th September to 2nd October 2024 at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur as Human Resource Development Corporation's (HRDCorp) Strategic Technology Partner. We showcased among others Alibaba Cloud's Model Studio GenAI, Dingtalk AI-Powered Collaboration Solution and UiPath Robotic Process Automation (AI software robots) solutions.

During the event, our CEO and Co-founder Dylan Tan managed to present our cutting-edge solutions to our Minister of Human Resources, YB Tuan Steven Sim Chee Keong, Secretary General of Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), YBhg Datuk Azman Bin Mohd Yusof, Chief Executive of HRDCorop, Datuk Wira Shahul Dawood, the Chief Technology Officer of HRDCorp, Ts. Ragunathan Gopalakrishnan, the Chief Human Resources Officer of HRDCorp, Siti Suryati Kama Asnawi and the Chief Legal Officer and Cosec of HRDCorp, Merle Fernandez.

Dylan and Alibaba Cloud's Nur Diyana Muinudin were interviewed during the event.

Quandatics Omnitech Sdn Bhd participated in the 10th Annual Conference & Exhibition Smart Cities Asia 2024 | 8th Annual Conference & Exhibition Next Big Tech Asia 2024 which took place on 24th and 25th September 2024 at Connexion@Nexus, Bangsar South.

We showcased our consulting and advisory services along with our product "Digital City Index". Our booth was located within the MDEC pavilion.
